Acne Tips 3

Previously in our emails we’ve been discussing tips to help you get rid of the acne problem. Here are the tips that we have already looked at:

Tip #1 – Stop Washing Your Face with Regular Soap

Tip #2 – Start Eating a Healthy Diet

Now, we are ready for the third helpful tip that will help you get rid of your acne problem.

Tip #3 – Work Out, But Shower Right After You Do

Sure, you have probably already heard how great exercising is for your body. It helps you maintain a healthy weight and keeps your muscles in shape, but what you may not know is that working out and exercising is great for your skin too. Not only is it beneficial to the overall health of your skin, but it can help you get rid of acne as well.

You see, when you exercise on a regular basis, it helps to get your blood pumping. This increases the flow of both oxygen and blood to the cells of the skin. Not only will you increase blood flow and oxygen to the skin, but you’ll notice that exercising also makes you sweat as well. When you sweat your body can get rid of toxins easily, since your pores are opened up at this point. The sweating can clear out dirt, sebum, and dead skin cells from your pores.

Exercise will also help to make your liver and kidneys work more effectively. The liver and kidneys both work together to get rid of any toxins that are in the body. When you exercise they will work more effectively to get rid of toxins. You see, toxins in your body can actually be bad for your skin and they can cause acne as well.

Stress is a big factor that can cause acne, and exercising can also help you get rid of stress. It is a time when you can focus on your body and exercising also produces endorphins that also help you to feel good, reducing your stress.

Be Sure to Shower!

After you complete your workout session it is important that you take a shower as soon as possible. All those toxins that have been released through your skin while you were sweating need to be washed away as quickly as possible. Also, when you sweat, you attract bacteria. The last thing you want is bacteria to start breeding on your skin, which can cause acne breakouts, so a quick shower is definitely going to be in order.

Exercises to Try

You may also be wondering what types of exercises to do to help improve your skin and get rid of acne. Well, most exercises are going to work out great, and really, the more you sweat, the more toxins you can flush out of your body. A few great choices include jogging, swimming, team sports, walking, and cycling.

Swimming is actually one of the best ones to choose. It is easy on your joints and since you are in the water it is easier to get the pores of your skin fully cleaned out as well. However, if you do go swimming, be sure to rinse off well and get all the chlorine off of your skin. Chlorine can dry your skin and dry skin is often prone to more acne breakouts.

Using a trampoline or a mini trampoline is a great idea s well. Jumping on a mini-tramp or even a full size one is excellent for your lymphatic system. The lymph system always works best when you are very active. Cells are provided with nutrients from the lymph system and it also helps to get rid of cell toxins and waste as well. If your lymph system is not working like it should the waste may not get removed and your pores may end up getting blocked, which can lead to acne.

So, as you can see, not only will exercise help your heart and improve your health, but it also will benefit your skin and help you treat and prevent acne. Get started exercising this week and see the benefits to your skin, and be sure to shower afterwards as well.
